Aleida Heinz holds a Ph.D in Human Sexuality, Certified Sexologist who specializes in sexual and intimacy enrichment for people in different kind of relationship (heterosexual, same-sex, open & closed) for Latin/Hispanic, Americans, African-Americans, and other cultures.
Dr. Heinz was born on July 4, in Caracas, Venezuela, raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has a Venezuelan-German nationality and now resides in the United States. She was born of goodly parents (father German origin and mother Spanish origin) who gave her the best and most valuable lessons of life. She married early, had three beautiful children and at young age she had strong religious and spiritual values for many years.
Dr. Heinz is a Board Certified Clinical Sexologist by The American College of Sexologists (ACS) who has been in private practice for 15 years. The mission of her consultancy is to promote better relationships and better attitudes toward love and sex.
Dr. Heinz is dedicated to providing the knowledge, techniques, counseling, communications and conflict management necessary to support a healthy and loving relationship. She provides coaching for relationship building as well as increasing intimacy. She has developed step-by-step programs that benefit individuals and couples of all kind and cultures. She attributes her success with this challenging work to her constancy, creativity, experience and her commitment to practice what she preaches.
Aleida Heinz holds a Ph.D. in Human Sexuality from the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality, a Master’s degree in Sexology and Couple’s Clinical Counseling from the Center for Psychiatric, Psychological and Sexological Research of Venezuela, studies on Analytical Psychology from the Jungian Institute of Analytical Psychology, advanced training in Rational-Emotive-Behavior Therapy (REBT), and a Bachelor of Science in Family Science and Psychology from Brigham Young University. She is affiliated with numerous professional organizations, and a Board Certified Sexologist by the American College of Sexologists.
Dr. Heinz began her career as a couple counselor in 1998 in Caracas, Venezuela where she started finding answers and solutions to the complexities of relationships. For many years, Dr. Heinz was invited to numerous radio and television programs while maintaining her private practice.
Nowadays, Dr. Heinz re-married Pedro Briceno, Ph.D, who is also a Clinical Sexologist, and she is still in private practice now in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA and by Skype-Internet. She is bilingual, works with people helping them to overcome distance, conflict, resentment, lack of intimacy and sexual insatisfaction. She is still constantly invited to FM radio shows, writes articles and columns for various newspapers and magazines in Charlotte such as La Noticia, Que Pasa Mi Gente, HealthyLatino and Latin America such as E-Integral and Avior Magazine, and also she is an energetic Spanish-English speaker for international congresses such as Venezuela, USA, China and soon Brazil.
Dr. Heinz and Dr. Briceno are founding AmorSex ™ LLC, A Place for Couples, with the intention of promoting better relationships and happier individuals with their sex lives.

La Dra. Heinz nació el 4 de julio, en Caracas, Venezuela; se crió en Río de Janeiro, Brasil; es de nacionalidad Venezolana-Alemana y ahora reside en los Estados Unidos. Nació de buenos padres (padre con origen Alemán y madre con origen Español) quienes le dieron las mejores y más valiosas enseñanzas de vida. Contrajo matrimonio a temprana edad, tuvo 3 hermosos hijos y de joven tuvo fuertes valores religiosos y espirituales por muchos años.

Ella esta afiliada a numerosas organizaciones y esta certificada como Sexologo Clinico por el American College of Sexologists.
La Dra. Heinz comenzó su carrera como consejera de parejas en 1998 en Caracas, Venezuela donde comenzó a encontrar respuestas y soluciones a las complejidades de las relaciones interpersonales. Continuó sus estudios e investigaciones, y en el año 2007 se convirtió en Sexólogo Clínico, comprendiendo mejor la dinámica de parejas. Durante muchos años, la Dra. Hoy en día, Aleida Heinz contrajo matrimonio por segunda vez con Pedro Briceno, Ph.D., quien tambien es Sexologo Clinico, y aun mantiene su consulta privada ahora en la ciudad de Charlotte, Carolina del Norte, USA y vía Skype-Internet. Es bilingue, trabaja con individuos y parejas ayudándoles a superar la distancia, los conflictos, resentimientos, la falta de intimidad y la insatisfacción sexual. Ella es usualmente invitada a programas de radio, escribe articulos y columnas para diferentes periodicos y revistas en Charlotte como La Noticia, Que Pasa Mi Gente, HealthyLatino y para Latinoamerica como E-Integral y Avior Magazine, ademas es una enérgica oradora Español-Inglés en congresos internacionales como Venezuela, USA, China, y pronto Brazil.
